The Studio Guarantee: Returns & Resolutions

The Standard of Craft Every entry in the Shannon Black Archive is chemically rendered via a light-sensitive, silver-halide process. Because these are bespoke, gallery-quality reconstructions, all acquisitions are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ensuring the provenance and condition of every piece remains untainted.

Damaged Arrivals & Technical Defects Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. In the rare event of transit damage or a chemical defect, notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of both the packaging and the work. Damaged reconstructions will be replaced immediately at no additional cost.

Exclusions The studio cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom-commissioned framing.

Refunds (Damaged Goods Only) If a replacement is unavailable, we will notify you once your claim is processed. If a refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
